Yes we do! We ship to almost every country of the world!
How much is shipping fees?
Free worldwide shipping for all orders!
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
You can expect to receive your products between 1-3 weeks after ordering. However, due to different distance between countries, slow postal services, and shipping delays it can sometimes take up to 2 months. Thankfully this long shipping times are very rare.
Why is my order not complete? Only some of the items I've ordered arrived?
- Some items are shipped directly from our factories so you may receive separate packages if you order multiple items. Nonetheless, shipping cost is still absorbed by us.
- if you order more than one item, expect every item to be shipped separately. that's why some products may arrive earlier than others. if it's been longer than 2 months since your order, you can contact us at contact@sandstormshop.com. be sure to provide your name and order number and we'll keep you updated on your order.
What sizes do you have?
Every product has a unique size so make sure to check the measurements carefully. they can be found in the description of every product.
please note that all items are measured manually so the measurements can be 1-3cm off.
